What Keursnel does: the features at a glance
Keursnel helps you on site, with the report and in your firm. Choose a feature and read how it works.
On-site inspection
Choose what you see for each building element; every answer gives a text, a rating, an amount and a timeframe.
Photos
Add photos per item, point things out in the editor and show them in the report.
Cost estimate
An answer with costs gives an amount and a timeframe; Keursnel uses 1,176 rates.
Report
The report builds itself as you inspect: 13 parts, ready to share online and to print.
Check before delivery
Keursnel checks the inspection before delivery: blocking points and warnings.
Team and roles
Work with your team in one organisation: three roles, permissions per role and working together in one inspection.
Working offline
Inspect without internet: input and photos wait, encrypted, on your device until there is a connection.
Your own texts and prices
Adapt the standard texts and rates for your whole firm; the rest follows the standard.
House style
Your firm's logo, colours and fonts in the report, with 20 designs to choose from.
Online report
Your report as a small website for your client, shared with one secret link per report version.
Where do you start as an inspector?
Start with On-site inspection. It explains how you choose what you see for each building element. Each answer comes with a text and a rating, plus an amount and a timeframe for a defect.
Often inspect in a cellar or crawl space without signal? Read Working offline. Keursnel also works without internet and sends your work on as soon as you are back online.
Photos explains how to add photos to an item, with the camera or from your files. In the editor, you can draw an arrow, a circle or a measuring line on them.
How do you get from inspection to report?
The cost estimate builds up as you inspect. Keursnel uses 1,176 rates, and you adjust amounts where needed.
Before delivery, the check reviews the inspection. A blocking issue stops the delivery; a warning does not.
Then Keursnel produces the report with the cost overview. For a full inspection, it adds the NHG annex, used for mortgages with NHG (the Dutch National Mortgage Guarantee). You share the report with a link or make a PDF.
What do you set up as a firm?
Working with several inspectors? Team and roles explains how to invite colleagues and who can do what. Colleagues can also work together in one inspection.
Want your own texts and prices? Read how to adapt the Keursnel defaults for your whole firm. Anything you leave untouched keeps following the default.
A report in your own house style and without a watermark is available with a paid inspection. The pricing page shows what that costs.
What does Keursnel not do?
Keursnel does not use AI. The texts, the costs and the narrative in the report come from fixed rules. You decide what goes in the report.
Only the building inspection is available now. Seven other inspection types are marked as coming soon in the app. The app and the report are in Dutch for now; English, German and French are coming soon.
Keursnel works in the browser and is designed for laptop, tablet and phone. So there is no app to download from an app store.
Inspect without the hassle afterwards
Record the inspection on site. Keursnel works out the costs and creates the report with the NHG annex.
