Your own texts and prices, for every inspection your firm does

Keursnel comes with a template of 42 chapters, over 4,800 answers and 1,176 rates. That is the standard.

On two pages you turn that into your firm's own standard: Teksten and Tarieven.

A change in an inspection only applies to that inspection. A change under Teksten or Tarieven applies to all your firm's inspections.

Under Instellingen, Teksten you choose an item. There you see the answers with their texts.

You can change the text of an answer, or hide an answer you never use. If an answer is missing, add a custom answer.

You also adapt the fixed texts here, such as the text in the Over deze keuring (about this inspection) chapter.

The texts for your client are in Dutch and use the formal “u”. Write your own answers in the same tone.

On site, you often write a text you want to reuse. Once you have set your own text, amount or timeframe for an answer, you see the button “Bewaar als eigen antwoord” (save as custom answer), if you are the main admin or a manager.

That button is also there for a custom finding. You can then choose the new answer straight away, including in future inspections.

Saving changes your firm's texts. The inspection itself and the Keursnel standard stay the same.

At the top right of every chapter, there is a pen that takes you to the standard texts. You see that pen if you are allowed to change Teksten.

Under Instellingen, Tarieven you see all 1,176 rates. For each rate, you also see where it comes from.

Is your price different? Set your own amount for that rate. Keursnel then uses your price.

Are prices rising? Index all rates that follow the standard by one percentage, for example 2.5% for a year. An amount you set yourself stays exactly the same.

The standard rates include VAT. So set your own prices including VAT as well.

A change applies straight away, for everyone in your firm. That includes an inspection that is open.

A delivered report does not change because of your change. On delivery, the texts, amounts and ratings are fixed in the report version.

A delivered inspection may then show different costs on screen from the latest report. To get the new texts or prices into the report, reopen the inspection and deliver a new version.

Your changes are kept separate from the Keursnel standard. They stay in place with a new version.

Anything you have not touched follows the standard, even after a new version. That way, you get new texts and rates automatically.

You cannot create your own template. You always work from the Keursnel template and adapt what needs to be different.

The main admin or a manager can change Teksten and Tarieven. A team member cannot.

“Bewaar als eigen antwoord” also changes your firm's texts. So you need the same role for it.

The main admin and the managers also handle Huisstijl and Rapportopmaak. Both are paid features.
