How do you get in touch?
You email us. The email address is on this page, under Company details.
A short email is enough. Include your name, and the name of your firm if you already use Keursnel.
Do not send any client data or photos of homes. We do not need them.
What can you email us about?
You can email us with any question about Keursnel. A few examples are below.
If your question is about an inspection, include its reference. Again, do not send any client data.
You can delete your account without emailing us. You do that yourself in the app, under Instellingen, Account en apparaat (“settings, account and device”).

How do you get started with Keursnel?
You sign up yourself with Start for free. You enter your name, your firm, your email address and a password.
You receive an email to confirm your email address. Then you log in. Your firm is ready, and you are its main admin.
Would you like to look around first? Load the sample inspection on the first screen. It is Lindelaan 14 in Sittard, with made-up data.
Then you invite your team. Keursnel does not email that invitation itself. You get a link and forward it through your own email or WhatsApp.

What does it cost to get started?
Nothing. With the free plan, you can deliver 3 reports per calendar month for your whole organisation.
Do you inspect more? Then you choose single inspections or a subscription. All prices are on the site, excluding VAT.
Paying in the app is still a trial: Keursnel does not charge you anything.

Do I need to contact you to use Keursnel?
No. You sign up yourself with Start for free. Once you have confirmed your email address, you log in and your firm is ready. You are then its main admin.
Does it cost anything to start?
No. With the free plan, you can deliver 3 reports per calendar month for your whole organisation. Those reports have a watermark and 1 photo per topic. Paying in the app is still a trial: Keursnel does not charge you anything.
Does Keursnel email the invitations to my team?
No. In the app, you create an invitation for each team member. You forward the link yourself, through your own email or WhatsApp. The link is valid for seven days and can be used once.
Can I also use Keursnel for other inspections?
For now, only for the building inspection. Seven other inspection types are marked as coming soon in the app, with no date. Feel free to email us which inspections you do.
