What is Keursnel?

Keursnel (keursnel.nl) is software for building inspections of homes in the Netherlands: you record what you see per building part, and Keursnel turns it into the report, the cost overview and the NHG annex, in your firm's house style. Free for 3 reports a month; after that €25 per inspection, or from €7.50 per inspection with a subscription (excl. VAT).

Inspecting on site

Photos with markings

Take a photo, add an arrow or a circle and attach it to the item. The original is kept.

Costs per timeframe

Each defect gets an amount or a reason. Each amount belongs to a timeframe: within 1 year, within 5 years or improvement costs. With 1,176 rates.

NHG annex with the codes of the model

For mortgages with NHG, the Dutch National Mortgage Guarantee. Summary sheet, codes, action per item and cost split (k.v.) for apartments. You sign once, and from then on your signature appears in the annex.

A check before you deliver

Keursnel flags what is missing or contradictory. You resolve anything that blocks before you deliver.

Online report for your client

Your client reads the report as a small website, also on a phone. With tabs and a secret link per version. You make a PDF in the browser.

With a paid plan, you choose how your report looks, from Klassiek to Bouwtekening. The report then also gets your firm's logo, colours and fonts. The content stays the same in every design. On the free plan, the report is always Klassiek. Below you see the example report of a made-up firm.

Check first, then deliver

Before you deliver, Keursnel reviews the inspection. Blocking issues stop the delivery. You see warnings, but they do not stop anything.

  1. Findings come in

    Each answer with a defect gets a rating. It comes with an amount and a timeframe, or a reason why there is no amount.

  2. Anything missing blocks

    If a quantity or an amount is missing, Keursnel stops the delivery.

  3. You see contradictions at once

    If two answers contradict each other, a “Let op” warning appears next to the row.

  4. Lock and share

    Delivering locks a report version with a checksum. Then you share a link with your client.
