What do you look for when you compare software?

A list of features says little. Look instead at how a program works on an ordinary inspection, from the first photo to the report for your client. Ask for a sample report, or try the program on a real home.

Start with the NHG annex, for mortgages with NHG (the Dutch National Mortgage Guarantee). Is every cost item assigned a code? Does each item have an action, such as repair or replace? And how does the program handle the cost split for an apartment?

Then work out the price per inspection, based on the number of inspections you do each month. Check what is free, whether credits expire and how long a subscription runs. Also check whether a price includes or excludes VAT.

  • NHG annex: code, action and k.v. (cost split) per item
  • Working without internet, in cellar and crawl space
  • Price per inspection at your volume
  • A free option, to try it on real inspections
  • Team: roles, assigning and working together in one inspection
  • The report: house style, design and an online report for your client
  • AI or fixed texts: who writes the sentences?

Who wrote this comparison?

We make Keursnel. So this comparison is not independent. Other vendors publish comparisons too. Read those just as critically as this one.

That is why we stick to public facts. Everything in the table comes from the vendors' own sites, checked in November 2026. Where it says “not stated”, we did not find it on their site. It may still exist.

Prices and features change. That is why the table states when we checked them. Keursoft (mijnwoning.nl) has its own page with more detail.

What does a report from Keursnel look like?

With a paid inspection, the report comes fully in your firm's house style. You add your logo, your colours and your fonts, and you choose from 20 designs. The content is the same in every design.

Your client can also read the report online, via a secret link per report version. This online report has the tabs Overzicht (“overview”), Kosten (“costs”), Rapportage (“report”), NHG and Keuring (“inspection”). On a phone the bar is at the bottom, on a large screen on the left.

Every full report comes with an NHG annex with the codes and cost layout of the NHG model. The texts come from the answers you choose, from fixed rules and from your own text. Keursnel does not use AI.

What can you do for free in Keursnel?

You start for free. Each organisation can deliver 3 reports a month, with a watermark and 1 photo per topic. The report is then Klassiek (classic), in Keursnel's house style. Even then, every full report gets an NHG annex.

That way, you can try Keursnel on a few real inspections, even without internet. If you inspect more, a single inspection costs €25 (excl. VAT). With a subscription, you pay less per inspection.

Inspect without the hassle afterwards

Record the inspection on site. Keursnel works out the costs and creates the report with the NHG annex.
