Questions about pricing
What is a credit?
With 1 credit, you create one paid inspection. The credit is deducted when you create the inspection. A free inspection costs no credit. You can still upgrade it to a paid inspection later.
What is in the free plan?
You can deliver 3 reports a month per organisation. The report has a watermark, 1 photo per topic and the standard layout. The NHG annex for mortgages with NHG, the Dutch National Mortgage Guarantee, is included too: Keursnel makes it in every plan.
Do my credits expire?
Single credits do not expire. Credits from a monthly subscription stay valid for 30 days after the month. Credits from an annual subscription stay valid for 3 months after the year.
Can I use an inspection for a different address?
Yes, until you complete the inspection. You do not lose the credit. Once you complete it, the address is fixed. Only a small correction with the same postcode and house number is still allowed, such as 31b instead of 31a.
How do I pay?
You order credits and subscriptions in the app, under Abonnement en credits (“subscription and credits”). Paying in the app is still a trial. You start for free: sign up with the Start for free button.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude 21% VAT. The app also shows the price including VAT.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. A new subscription replaces the current one. Credits you already had stay valid until they expire. If you cancel, your subscription runs until the end of the period.
Who in my firm can buy credits?
The main admin and a manager can buy credits and view the credit ledger. Only the main admin can take out or cancel a subscription.
