What is Keursoft (mijnwoning.nl)?

Keursoft is software for building inspectors. Keursoft.nl is the information site for the software. You log in via mijnwoning.nl.

According to its own site, you work with a tree structure of items following NTA 8060 (the Dutch technical agreement for building inspections). The digital report contains photos, costs and an NHG annex, for mortgages with NHG (the Dutch National Mortgage Guarantee). Keursoft says it meets NHG's Model bouwkundig rapport (model building inspection report).

Keursoft charges €32.50 per building inspection, excluding VAT. There is no subscription. If you try Keursoft for free, you get €50 credit. These prices were checked in November 2026.

According to its own site, Keursoft is part of HomeKeur and Homekeur Certified. You use it with an internet connection, on a laptop, tablet or phone.

What does Keursnel do differently?

Keursnel focuses on the inspection itself: recording on site, the costs, the report and the NHG annex. Below, you can read how Keursnel handles those points. Not every point is a difference. What Keursoft's site says about the same points is in the table at the top.

A single inspection costs €25 (excl. VAT), and the credit does not expire. With a subscription, the price per inspection drops. At 5 inspections a month you pay €20 per inspection, at 400 inspections a year €7.50 (excl. VAT). Each organisation can also deliver 3 reports a month free of charge, with a watermark.

Keursnel also works without internet, for example in a cellar or crawl space. Your work is stored encrypted on your device. Once you are back online, it goes to the server.

In the Keursnel template, every item with costs has an NHG code, unless it falls outside the NHG model. Below the answer you see which code the costs count under. You can change or remove that code, with a reason that goes into the report.

The NHG annex also shows the action for each item with repair costs: S, H, V, N or O. Keursnel derives that letter from the advice. The B codes are in a table per storey. For an apartment, you enter the cost split (k.v.) as a percentage. Then only the home's share counts for the shared parts.

Each answer comes with a fixed text and a rating, plus an amount and a timeframe for a defect. That way, the report grows as you inspect. You decide what goes in the report.

With a paid inspection, the report comes fully in your own house style: your logo, your colours and your fonts. You choose from 20 designs. The content is the same in every design.

Each report version gets its own secret link, which you can revoke. The link opens the online report, with the tabs Overzicht (“overview”), Kosten (“costs”), Rapportage (“report”), NHG and Keuring (“inspection”). A new version gets a new link, so your client never reads a changed report without noticing.

You work with three roles: main admin, manager and team member. Colleagues can work in one inspection at the same time.

How do you switch to Keursnel?

You can switch in small steps. You do not have to stop using Keursoft straight away. With the free plan you can deliver 3 reports a month, so you can try Keursnel alongside your current software.

You sign up yourself with Start for free. You confirm your email address and log in. Your firm is then ready straight away, and you are its main admin.

Then you invite your team. Each colleague gets a link and chooses their own password. You forward that link yourself, for example by email or WhatsApp. The link is valid for seven days and can be used once.

Would you like to look around first? Load the sample inspection Lindelaan 14, with made-up data. Then set up your own prices and texts under Tarieven (“rates”) and Teksten (“texts”).

Importing old reports is coming soon. You will then import your old reports yourself, also from Keursoft and other software packages. Putting an imported report in your own house style costs 1 credit. Until then, your old reports stay where they are now.
